Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

PromptPilot™ is a digital SaaS platform offering access to AI tools, modules, and downloadable content. Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Window (First-Time Subscribers Only)

If you are unsatisfied with your PromptPilot Pro subscription within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing support@promptpilot.uk.

• Refunds are only applicable to first-time subscriptions (not renewals).
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests if significant usage is detected (e.g. high-volume content downloads).

3. No Refunds After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future billing.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of past payments.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent access or usage of PromptPilot, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue or consider a refund where appropriate.
